  • Bachelor of Science, Health Promotions: Boise State University
  • NASM-National Academy of Sports Medicine-Personal Trainer Certification
  • Sports Director & coach of Mt. Home Special Olympics team

Jenny grew up in Mountain Home and is very happy to be back in her hometown. She has competed in bodybuilding, figure, powerlifting, and strongman competitions for the last 26 years. At one time, she held 16 Idaho State powerlifting records and a handful of national records. Jenny’s clients range from first time gym goers to bodybuilding and weightlifting competitors. Training could be as simple as one day a week new program set up if you are looking for help to get started or 3-5 days a week if you need more accountability and motivation throughout the week. Either way, Jenny’s goal is to find the most suitable and enjoyable path so you can reach your goals whether it be to lose weight, become stronger, do your first bodybuilding show, or just want enough energy to keep up with your kids.   Jenny’s availability is Monday through Friday 9AM to 1PM.
